1) Shipping info

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within Singapore.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Your orders should be delivered within 7 working days.

Q: Can I expedite my shipment?
A: Additional fee is applicable and is borne by the customer for next day delivery. The delivery will be arranged by Lalamove or Grab Delivery. Please email your request to contactcovesg@gmail.com or 9091 9622 (Whatsapp).

2) Our Policies on Warranty, Exchange and Refund

Only goods with manufacturers' defects are exchangeable but not returnable within 7 days. Exchanges and refunds will not be given for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or quantity, so make sure to review your order before making payment.

The condition of the product will be reviewed by Cove upon receiving it and the exchange will proceed once the product has been approved. Exchanges are based on availability of stock, so unfortunately, if the product has been sold out, we will proceed with store credits.

If we do not receive it within the given time frame, we will not proceed with the request. Please ensure that the product is new, unused, with no additional damage, and in the original box or packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear of any kind.

3) How to use

In contrast to typical diffusers that release aromas only during operation, the Selenite Diffusing Stone is crafted to retain scents for an extended period.

Simply apply 5-10 drops of your preferred aroma oils daily to the Selenite Diffusing Stone.

Initially, the fragrance may be subtle, but with continued use, it accumulates, becoming more potent and enduring into the future. This lingering scent is sufficient to envelop a moderately sized bedroom.

Feel free to experiment with various essential oils on the stone; typically, a new fragrance will overpower the previous one. For a pure olfactory experience of a specific scent, allow a few days for the prior scent to dissipate before introducing a new one.

Enhance your space both visually and aromatically by using the Glacier Diffusing Stone as a decorative piece on your console, desk, or shelves.

4) Care

Due to the delicate nature of Selenite, it is recommended to store the Selenite Diffusing Stone at room temperature and refrain from placing it in close proximity to elevated temperatures or humid environments.

For cleaning purposes, use a clean cloth to wipe the diffusing stone. Avoid direct contact with water as this could potentially wash away the minerals present on the stone. Additionally, be cautious not to rub the logo on the stone while it is in use.
